Who operates this product

The Whispr Compliance Italy product is operated under the BackPR brand (backpr.com). Authoritative legal-entity details — including registered name, registered office, VAT or equivalent tax registration, company register, share capital where applicable, and the natural person responsible for content — are provided directly within the signed order form, the master service agreement, the data processing agreement, and any procurement-specific documentation. Those documents take precedence over any summary published on this page, and they are the only source of record for any binding identification of the operator.

For routine commercial contact, use the BackPR contact path at backpr.com/contact-us. Privacy-related correspondence relating to this product is handled at privacy@backpr.com. Reports of suspected misuse can be sent to abuse@backpr.com. Security-related disclosures are received at security@backpr.com. We make no representation about response time, outcome, prioritisation, or any operational commitment associated with these mailboxes outside the signed agreement.

Whispr Compliance Italy is one of several independent product lines

BackPR operates multiple distinct products, of which Whispr Compliance Italy is one. Each Whispr product (including, separately, the Whispr EDU product available at edu.backpr.com) is developed, maintained, and supported by a separate product team with its own roadmap, technical architecture, sub-processor scope, support process, retention model, documentation, and commercial terms. Communications, demonstrations, commitments, representations, prior dealings, or quotations made in connection with another BackPR product are not binding on the Whispr Compliance Italy product or its team. Any reliance on cross-product expectations is at the customer's own risk and is expressly disclaimed.

References on this website to "Whispr", "we", "us", "our team", and similar wording apply only to the Whispr Compliance Italy product unless explicitly stated. Where a single individual at BackPR is contacted in connection with multiple products, the response, configuration, support level, and commercial pricing shall be assessed product-by-product. No representation is made that staff, processes, infrastructure, or commercial terms are common across products.

Italian law and the competent court at the operator's registered office

This website and the underlying informational materials are governed by Italian law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding relating to this website is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent ordinary court at the registered office of the operator. Where mandatory consumer-protection law applies, that law governs to the extent and only to the extent required. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. The signed commercial agreement may specify a different forum, in which case that document controls in favour of whichever forum is more favourable to the operator.

This is not legal, regulatory, financial, or compliance advice

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, regulatory, financial, compliance, audit, safety, security, or any other professional advice. Whispr is a software product. Decisions about the establishment of an internal whistleblowing channel, the appointment of personnel, retention schedules, response handling, the scope of D.Lgs. 24/2023 obligations, the application of ANAC guidance, and any related matter remain solely with the customer organisation and its own qualified advisors.

BackPR does not act for the customer before any regulator, court, or third party

BackPR and the Whispr Compliance Italy team do not represent, advocate for, intervene on behalf of, accompany, or assist the customer before ANAC, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Procura della Repubblica, the Guardia di Finanza, INPS, INL, sectoral supervisors, audit firms, certification bodies, judicial authorities, employee representatives, works councils, trade unions, or any other body. Communications between BackPR personnel and the customer are commercial and technical; they are not legal representation, do not create privilege, and do not bind any authority.

Use of the product does not constitute, and shall not be construed as constituting:

• compliance with D.Lgs. 24/2023, the ANAC guidelines, the GDPR, the Codice Privacy, or any other law;
• a guarantee that any authority will refrain from opening proceedings, imposing sanctions, issuing prescriptive orders, or taking any other action;
• a safe harbour against ANAC sanctions under Art. 21 D.Lgs. 24/2023 or against Garante sanctions under the GDPR;
• a substitute for any obligation the customer owes its reporters, employees, contractors, public users, regulators, or any other party;
• certification, accreditation, attestation, or audit opinion of any kind.

The customer remains exclusively responsible for satisfying every applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, collective-bargaining, and ethical obligation. Severability, no waiver, no third-party beneficiaries, entire understanding

• Severability. If any provision of any document on this website is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force, and the invalid provision is to be construed in the way that most closely approximates its intent and is enforceable.
• No waiver. Any delay or failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of any right.
• No third-party beneficiaries. Nothing on this website is intended to create any right enforceable by any person who is not a party to the signed agreement.
• Entire understanding regarding informational pages. This website is informational only. The complete and exclusive statement of the parties' agreement on commercial matters is the signed order form and master agreement.
• Force majeure. Neither BackPR nor the Whispr Compliance Italy team is responsible for any delay, interruption, or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control.
